Pretty Gelatin Flamingo 3:00-7:00pm
In 4 hours learn how to make this cute little flamingo out of easy gelatin. Students will learn to make gelatin bubbles, paint with gelatin, and assemble into a flamingo. Then we will model a cute crab, mold seashells, make a palm tree and add color to make this great beach scene.

Tami is an award winning sugar artist, author and ICES approved teacher. She is the original creator of Gelatin Bubbles and has just published her first book, “Gelatin Bubbles & Beyond”. Tami’s attention to detail and realistic coloring effects have rewarded her with winning several Best of Shows and many top awards in cake shows. She was asked to be a guest presenter at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California–San Diego for their pastry classes. She taught and demonstrated at the Americas Cake Fair in 2015, Cake Camp and teaches at locations across the United States. With over 25 years of experience and numerous classes from world renowned teachers, Tami has written articles for ICES newsletters, Edible Artists Network Magazine and American Cake Decorating Magazine . She has also appeared on Channel 6 ‘San Diego Living’. Tami has also made online instructional videos/DVD with Yummy Arts for several years.
